ReplyDeleteI think this is a great action research topic and plan. Technology is a great direction especially since we are teaching digital natives who are totally engaged by the tools of technology. Have you considered creating a focus group of students or teachers who might help you assess or implement your activities? The use of iPads in the classroom is a great learning tool as well as an innovative incentive. The students will enjoy learning math, and will stay engaged during any lessons. I think every grade level in every school should have a class set. The use of iPads in the classroom as an action plan is a great idea. I think you will find that most of the students will enjoy them immensely,and discipline will probably be minimal.
